Welcome to Her Sport (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://shop.hersport.ie, and the purchase of any products or services from us.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or older to purchase products or services on this website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions and prices are accurate.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend items without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We never store your card details.
Her Sport reserves the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email acknowledges your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
A contract is formed once we dispatch the product(s) to you.
We may refuse or cancel any order if:
- Payment is not authorised,
- There is an error in pricing or product information, or
- The item is no longer available.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Ireland and internationally where specified.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary during peak periods.
If your parcel is delayed, please contact hello@hersport.ie and include your order number.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Her Sport purchase.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided they are:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed,
- In their original packaging, and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.
For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Event Tickets
Tickets for Her Sport events (e.g., the Her Sport Awards or Foundation Gala) are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
We reserve the right to make changes to event line-ups, venues, or schedules when necessary.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be used on our online shop only.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and lost cards will not be replaced.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Her Sport Media Limited is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Loss of data or profits, or
- Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Her Sport Media Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to such processing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
